Anonymous gifts and transfers are protected — donors are never identified to recipients without their consent. You have rights over your data and can request deletion at any time.

We use your information to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions, personalize your pathway, send account notifications, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and analyze platform performance. Xavier uses your profile data to provide personalized guidance and manage your economic participation.

3. Anonymous Features — Gift & Transfer Protection

When a member chooses to send anonymously: the sender's identity is never disclosed to the recipient; internal records are maintained for legal and audit purposes; the recipient sees only "Anonymous Community Member." This protection cannot be revoked after the transaction is completed. Sponsored BCA accounts also protect the sponsor's identity from the recipient.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Gmail (email), GoHighLevel CRM, and CJ Dropshipping (product fulfillment). Law enforcement when required by applicable law. All providers are contractually required to protect your data.

5. AI and Automated Processing

Xavier processes your profile data to generate personalized guidance and optimize your participation. This includes automated decision-making related to pathway stage and resource matching. You retain full control and can contact support to correct any AI-driven assessment.

We implement: HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data in transit; bcrypt password hashing (passwords never stored in plain text); JWT-based authentication with expiring tokens; regular security monitoring. In the event of a data breach we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

The Platform uses session cookies to maintain your logged-in state and local storage for preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Referral tracking uses cookies for up to 30 days after a link click.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Accounts discovered to belong to minors will be terminated.

10. Financial and Tax Records

Transaction records, wallet activity, earnings history, and gift records may serve as documentation for tax purposes. Members are responsible for their own tax obligations. Gift transactions are recorded separately from income-generating transactions. Consult a qualified tax advisor for your specific situation.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon deletion we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where required by law (financial records may be retained up to 7 years for tax compliance).

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
